The following "Terms and Conditions" apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions and information conducted through the site.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or
typographical errors. Information, including product pricing,
availability and training may be changed or updated without notice.
Bodyguard Principles reserve the right to refuse service, terminate
accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including without
limitation, if Bodyguard Principles believes that customer's
conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of
Bodyguard Principles, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries.
Privacy Policy
All information submitted and retained is governed
by Bodyguard Principles. Our Privacy Policy does not expose, resell or
share any information retained.
Transactions
We accept personal and business checks. Training cost must be paid before program begins.
Training Courses
All training conducted under the directions of Bodyguard Principles, executives, instructors and its subsidiaries are guaranteed and enforces the privacy of all individuals attending. All successful participants requesting copies or information on file must submit their request in a formal letter. Within this letter, the participant's signature, name of course, certificate serial number, date of birth and the last four digits of their social security number must be included. All information requested in a formal letter must be notarized. We will only accept a hard copy letter mailed to the physical address. Requesting information in a form of an e-mail, fax or phone will not be accepted.
Training Discount
We are offering a 15% (Fifteen Percent) discount on the "Principles Protection and Operational Planning" program with a purchase of "Bodyguard Principles" book "ISBN 0-7414-3167-X." In order to receive this discount, the purchaser must show proof of purchase. Call for further information.
Training Course Refunds
There is a $50.00 (fifty dollar) application and placement fee (Refundable) plus a $75.00 (seventy five dollar) background check fee (Non-Refundable). The total amount of $125.00 (one hundred twenty five dollars) will be deducted from the total amount of the course applying for. Courses relating to fees are listed below. All information on pricing, dates and locations should be directed to training@bodyguardprinciples.com. Please include your name, phone number, address, age, any license holding, and interested course. One of our instructors will establish a follow-up. All courses listed is opened to the general public pending a clear background.
We reserve the right to deny acceptance pending the background investigations.
Training Qualifying and Eligibility.
All interested individuals wanting to participate with training must be clear from any illegal activities and be in good moral standards. We will not accept anyone who does not meet with this requirement. Any type of security license submitted will be verified by the issuing state. Certain programs require a security background.
We do not accept "Concealed Weapons Licenses" for security firearms training.
