Leadership Enhancement
Course Description:
This course is designed to instruct law enforcement, security agencies and corporate security in Leadership Enhancement techniques. Areas of study will include philosophy of leadership, styles - role, public speaking and management. Leadership within any organization is a critical position. Standards will be followed while the role offers direct command to decision making. Personnel under the role of leadership would either respect or deny those holding the position. Communication and understanding are factors to ensure all personnel under the leadership position are understood and not subjected to any mental or abusive remark. The role of leadership tends to over look the concerns and understanding of those under the position.
Class size maximum 20.
Objectives include the following:
Ø Increase leadership capabilities.
Ø Develop confidence on decisions and team operations.
Ø Evaluate current position of authority with increasing relations towards personnel.
Ø Anger management control and techniques.
