First Aid Response

Course Description.

Courses are instructed by field experienced individuals and certified instructors. Upon completing this program, all will be certified to provide services.

 

This course is designed to provide assistance in first aid response. Topics include cuts, burns, broken bones, poison intakes, sprains, seizers, CPR and AED. When providing a service, your client may injure themselves in some manner. With emergency locations at a distance, the security provider must assist with the injury until medical professionals are at hand. Participants should comprehend the use of providing a medical kit and supplied.

 

 Objectives includes the following:

  • Develop the correct mental mind set and controlled emotions during emergency situations.

  • Comprehend the differences between all injuries.

  • Determine client’s level of pain associated with the injury.

  • Methods on taking a pulse.

  • Set in place and mend broken bones.

  • Methods on minimizing digested poison and induce vomiting.

  • Methods on inspecting silverware and glasses for poison laced.

  • Comprehend and perform CPR and AED. (Adult, Child and Infant)

  • Clear airway during chocking.

  • Investigating client’s medication type and purpose.

  • Understand medication quality and the use of syringes.

  • Methods of compressing and butter-flying wounds.

  • Methods on wrapping sprains.

  • Comprehend the different types of burns and how to treat them.

  • Actions taken for seizers.

  • Carry and/or support a client to a safe location.

  • Incorporating a supplied a medical kit including a medical reference book.

 

   

 Type of instruction:

Certifications issued upon completion.

 

 Length:

   ุ  Three days / 24 hours.
